‘The Cracks’ follows Sophia, a young woman living in a small boathouse in the wilderness. Her life quickly spirals out of control, when she begins to question the very existence of the world around her and her partner Rene, when undefinable memories and visions begin to plague her.
As Sophia and Rene’s world and minds become distorted by paranoia and the pursuit of something bigger than themselves, we are pulled into seeing the odd intricacies of their ever decaying world through their eyes. This climaxing eventually to a fate just as undefinable and complexing as the visions that lead them to it.
Is their world – a fantasy, a reality or both?
